Login Issues

If you’re having trouble logging into MyInfo, below are some possible causes and steps you can take to resolve these issues.

 

Wrong username and password

 

Browser issues

  • Use a private/incognito browser window
  • Use a different browser 
  • Upgrade your browser if outdated
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Clear your browser cookies

 

Device issues

  • Temporarily disable any pop-up blockers or extra security features on your device. These can interfere with reCAPTCHA
  • Use a different device

 

Additional steps for employees

The employee login process has been enhanced with additional security requirements to better protect users' data.  Employees are required to use the new multi factor authentication (MFA) through the Duo Mobile app every time you log into MyInfo. This process does not apply to student accounts.

  1. Enter your MEID and password and click "Login"
     
  2. If you have the Duo Mobile app installed, you should receive a notification on your mobile device (see links below). If you do not receive a notification, open the Duo Mobile app and try again.
     
  3. Click on the Duo Mobile app notification on your mobile device, and select "Approve." You may have to approve twice. This will log you into MyInfo.

  • Why you believe the information is incorrect
